    - Standard shipping: 2-3 business days within continental US (no shipping available outside of the US)
     
    - Cookies will NOT be mailed to P.O. Boxes
     
    - Please note that the weight of all packages is approximate 
     
    - All orders ship on Tuesdays to ensure weekend delivery
     
    - All orders must be placed by Friday at 5pm MST for order to be shipped on the following Tuesday. Orders placed after that time frame, will be shipped on the Tuesday after that
     
     
    Packaging Standards
     
    - All cookies will come individually wrapped and sealed in food-grade cellophane bags
     
    - All cookies will be shipped in non-crushable cardboard boxes
     
     
    Allergen Policy and Disclosure
     
    - All Cookies are produced in a kitchen that processes:
      - Tree nuts
      - Peanuts
      - Wheat
      - Eggs
      - Milk
      - Soy
     
    And although we do our very best, cross contamination with the above allergens can occur and we offer no guarantee of a complete allergen-free production 
     
     
    Refund & Return Policy
     
    All Sales are FINAL. No Refunds will be given and No Returns will be accepted due to all Cookies being Hand Made for each customer.
     
    However, if the flavors received are not correct or if the Cookies were received damaged, please do the following and we will do our best to correct the issue. 
     
    -Email us explaining the issue within 24 hours of receiving your Cookies
    -Include pictures of damaged products and/or incorrect flavors that were sent. 
    -Allow at least 48 hours for a response.
